Responsibilities:

• Shall keep an accurate accounting of support hours served by each family within the Klein Texans and Texas Angels Booster Club. (remove "member" since we track hours by family).

• Shall maintain a sign-in roster for all booster club activities requiring volunteer participation.

• Shall maintain and publish a list of roles for all booster club activities and the associated hours to be credited to volunteers working those roles.

• Shall assist each committee chair to help determine the volunteer needs for all booster club activities.

• Shall report to the treasurer at least once per month and at the end of the season, a full accounting of all member families and the number of hours served for the year.

• Shall work with the Team Mom coordinators to provide all Team Moms with necessary information for tracking support hours.

• Shall provide football Team Moms a form to be used for tracking and reporting KTBC Family support hours.
